I came to see the nurse Mon 20 March for an evening appointment which helps when you work full time. Didn’t get kept waiting long which helped as I get anxious. Nurse explained everything and was very reassuring throughout. Trainee nurse was also present by my own choice who was also extremely reassuring throughout.

booked a call back for 0905 phone rang at 0905 with a very friendly and helpful doctor(Sachs) who gave me an appointment for 1130 on arrival booking was easy I was called immediately and had a very positive consultation was given a course of treatment and was all finished within 15 mins Great service thankyou Surgery was clean bright, as was the waiting area

everything was excellent keep doing what you're doing it is an excellent servive

Amazing service, within an hour of a call back I saw the ANP with a diagnosis and treatment.

Excellent surgery, very clean, staff polite and helpful. Nurse was exceptionally professional.

They offer a very good service. I have had to request a clinician call back several times lately, it has been very efficient, This morning I had to go in for.a blood test, the nurse was excellent, very friendly & caring.

I am very satisfied with the service they provide I think for people who have a bit of technical know how, Smart phones etc it is a lot easier. I feel sorry for older people who don’t have this accessibility
